WHO AM I

Hi! I'm Selena and I'm a Senior UI/UX Graphic Designer. I've started with pencil drawings and as my hobby grew into a passion, I have finally turn that passion into a full-time job. I love to draw and I'm proud to say that I have drawn portraits for clients from all over the world.

After a while I started to learn Photoshop and Illustrator and that's how I became a Graphic Designer. But then, somebody gave me the idea to be a Web Designer and I loved it! And here I am NOW!

Web Design

I first learned to write code because somebody asked me to draw some characters for their website. I was amazed when I saw the final result come together and presented on the screen, how they used my drawings. They had such a beautiful functionality when it all came together. I then at that moment decided that this is what I want to do, to bring my professional designs to the Web.

Prototyping

Prototyping is the newest field I am currently addressing. The fact that I can easily show the functionality of my creations before they are written in code, made me interested in this area. With the help of prototyping I managed to propose the redesign of certain wizards, platforms, dashboards, UI / UX more precisely said.

Logo Design

I made logos for different kind of businesses like kinder gardens, musical bands, wedding websites etc. I think in this day and age it's an absolute necessity for a business to have a good logo, one that can separate them from the rest of the competition. I'm very careful to listen what client needs and what they want their logo to look like, its a very important part of the process to bring them a quality product.

Portraits

The portraits were my introduction into design. I started studying the art of drawing by myself. I studied human forms and with the talent to capture those differences that make each of us unique, I ended up making over 200 portraits both in the country and abroad. The sustained work brought me collaborations with book publishers and various companies that listed my drawings in books and in their products.

Typography Design

I have been working for a few years now as a Graphic Designer, Creating beautiful collections in a wide range of fields, covering anything from wedding invitations, Christening invitations; to cover catalogs and ad materials for companies. In this time I have acquired the ability to professionally create and present a product to my customers and their specific requests.

Video & Animation

Every product needs a awesome video presentation. I did it for Espresso wizard plugin. The design, the website and the video presentation was made entirely by me. It allways have a bigger impact when you add a background music on your video. Also, my 10 years now of experientce helped me to make awesome video presentations like the one on the portfolio page.
